Our Payroll Specialist qualifications:
  • Has a bachelor degree from reputable university with min GPA 3.00 will be preffered
  • Max 32 year(s) old
  • Experienced as Payroll Specialist/Payroll Assistant Manager for more than 3 year(s).
  • Has experience doing payroll in OrangE system will be advantage
  • Detail-oriented person, high accuracy, able to elaborate discrepancy
  • Preferable Payroll Specialist that handle large number of employees such as; Logistic/FMCG/Manufacturing
  • Proficient in Excel (vlookup, hlookup, if, sumif, countif, and other functions that related to data and payroll processes)
Our Payroll Specialist Job descriptions:
  • Handle end-to-end process of payroll every month.
  • Make sure everything was going right from payroll processes.
  • Distributing payslip to all employees.
  • Help to do calculating incentive, and other allowances (if any) that related to payroll cycle.
