  • Set and optimize culture framework to boost productivity
  • Set and optimize new staff onboarding kit
  • Perform onboarding process
  • Manage people with data-driven (objective) perfromance metrics
  • Organize effective tranining sesion for exisiting employee
  • Organize performance reviews
  • Organize engagement surveys
 
REQUIREMENT:
 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Can speak english fluently
  • Have experiences setting up or optimizing company culture with 100-200 staff size
  • Have experience working in a fast scaling startup
  • Have experiences managing IT team's performance
  • Have experiences in using culture management system / app
  • Placement in Tangerang

By providing logistic infrastructure that could utilized by most businesses , our hope is that  we could optimize goods movement across Indonesia to be closer to where the end-customers. Crewdible provides a price structure that makes sense: cheap, variable, and no commitment which is only possible by crowdsourcing our warehouses (i.e. offices and homes that are being reutilized for fulfillment purposes). We turned empty houses, offices and warehouses
into eCommerce fulfillment warehouses for 3 purposes: Storage Inventory, Packaging, First-mile Delivery.
