General responsibilities :
Responsible for creating and driving the Performance Management and Process Excellence Strategy.
 
Key responsibilities :
  • Determine improvement opportunities, implement initiatives, evaluate result and ensure improvement implemented continuously
  • Providing analytical and resource support to identify improvement activities needed by the Customer that are aligned with the company's target
  • evaluating all current and new compliance regulations, reviewing company processes and leading training sessions
  • Monthly KPI update to customers and provide Explanation (PICA) for any deviation against target
  • Provide forecast on monthly basis with strategy to maintain the optimization
  • Control tower for all Inventory, Safety, and Operational reports
  • Create strategy and design control systems to hitting target given ; KPI, DanGo, Wise, FSI audit
  • Ensure team productivity, Team motivation, keep the talents
Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Supply Chain, Warehouse operations, Process improvement, Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and regulations
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills
