PT. Asia Marine Temas (part of Temas Line Group) is opening a career oppotunity as a "Personal Assistant to Director" with work palcement in North Jakarta . 
 
Requirement : 
 
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Fluent in English ( Speaking, writing, and listening )
  • Good Communications skill
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, &  Power Point)
 
Job Description : 
  • Assist in providing all supporting documents, information, and other reports assigned by directors
  • Responsible in providing administrative  and clerical assistance to directors.
  • Translate legal and non- legal documents
  • Answering and appropriate screening of telephone calls and incoming emails
  • Manage meeting schedules and other related appointments
  • Compiling list of names and addresses of related external parties which are useful to the company
  • Conduct searches assigned by directors when required
  • Maintain a good relationship with external parties and acts on behalf of directors.
