Lokasi Kerja : Pantai Indah Kapuk - Jakarta Utara
Jam Kerja : Senin - Jumat 08:30 - 17:00 dan Sabtu 09:00 - 14:00
 
Kualifikasi:
  • Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya SMA, Gelar Sarjana di Keuangan/Akuntansi/Perbankan, Sekretari atau setara.
  • Usia Minimal 21 - 30 Tahun
  • Setidaknya memiliki 1 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.
  • Siap mengurusi kebutuhan pribadi pimpinan
  • Bisa Mandarin menjadi Nilai Tambah
  • Siap kerja jujur, rapi dan cepat
Deskripsi pekerjaan:
  • Membantu mengarsip kerja Director beserta Laporan Keuangan
  • Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: Bahasa Inggris, Mandarin, Teliti, Cekatan, Paham mengurus administrasi, Menyusun Laporan Keuangan, Berpenampilan rapih, Tanggung jawab, Disiplin, Etika yang baik, Mengoperasikan MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Mengoperasikan Internet
  • Lebih disukai Pegawai (non-manajemen & non-supervisor) khusus dalam Sekretaris/Personal Assistant atau setara.

Bonded Logistics Center (PLB) is one of several revolutionary government policies listed in the Economic Policy Volume II that was issued by the Indonesian President in September 2015. At a bonded logistics center imported goods - which can be subject to certain tax incentives - are stored that are later distributed to the industries.
Currently, however, the bulk of goods imported by Indonesian companies are stored in Singapore or Malaysia. This causes logistics costs to rise steeply as storage costs in Singapore and Malaysia are high. So these new PLB operations are expected to reduce logistics and transportation costs and support the growth of domestic industries including small and medium ones, increase foreign and local investment also assist in the development of Indonesia as a logistics hub in the Asia Pacific region.
