Job Responsibilities :
 
  • Compile data of customer and price list
  • Assist director to create quotation
  • Folw up with customer regarding quotation
  • Assist directoe to schedule appointments with customer
  • Assist in creating repors, filing and presentation
  • Assist in making travel arrangement, booking airline ticket and hotel
  • Compile receipts and make monthly director operational expense report
  • Assist in process renewal of KITAS
  • Handle and filing legal agreements
  • Reply email to supplier, follw up shipment
 
Job Requirement :
 
  • Minimal D3 / S1 Ekonomi/ administrasi kantoran
  • Competency to read English 80%, speaking English 50%
  • Good communication skill
  • Competency In Ms.word and excel  and powerpoint
  • Able to google and research for information required
  • Good filing and Organization skill
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in simmilar job. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Must be willing to accompany Director to visit clients and be mobile
  • Must be in good health condition
