Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description: 
  • Reporting Directly to user, the executives assistant provides executives, administrative, and development support to user.
  • Organizes and coordinates executives outreach and external relation efforts and oversees special project.
  • Work with the user to prioritize an agenda and focus on the most important issues and opportunities.
  • Responding to routine question and refers higher level managerial to the executives, as appropriate.
  • Provide executive and administrative support to user.
  • Responsible for organising for internal and external on meetings on behalf of the user ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g meeting venue, equipment, presentation, prepare agendas.
Requirements / Qualification:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Any Degree.
  • Proficient in Mandarin (Verbal & Writing) is a MUST.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office.
  • Dress neatly & have a good communication skill.
  • Daily Report, Operational review, Support Operation.
