Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Have PPJK license would be preferred
Willing to be placed in our Head Office (Wisma Soewarna) or Customer (Huawei - Sudirman)

Job Desc:

Collect and update any information related to customs regulation and process
Receive complete document from EDI dept.
Dispatch jobs to Field Ops staffs under his charge
Monitor the process of import clearance until the shipment is released.
Control the costs and settlements of advance cash of the Customs broker and Operation staffs
Update monitoring report with status of all shipments
Coordinate with trucking coordinator for pick-ups and deliveries.
