JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Check the all import of documents such as (invoices, packing list, BL, Manifests, COO, Masterlist, etc)
  • check the HS code of the goods and if restricted (lartas) need to make sure that permit already done before shipment is arranged
  • Drafting PIB and PEB correctly according to document submission and send to CS department
  • Ensure the truth of the value of goods with correct incoterm, shipping and insurance services at PIB
  • Tracking the arrival of the ship on the service user's portal system
  • Preparing, checking and update BUP export-import documents before sending PDE
  • Monitoring of PIB to SPPB on modules and service trough portal system
  • Making weekly and monthly reports related to PIB which is get NPD and Notul respond
  • Back up each client's BUP regularly every month and save the file
  • Do reporting if there are any findings or other information can give bad effect to the company
  • Make sure the computer / laptop is used properly and run well
  • Operate modules properly and check periodically, including upgrading modules to the latest version
  • Assist operational teams if needed
  • Following instructions and directions from the field coordinator
  • Recording HS code database for each client
  • Searching and assign HS Code
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Min Diploma from reputable University
  • English Active
  • Minimal experience 5 years
  • Understand of Custom Clearance, PIB / PEB, Custom regulation and all step related to export import shipment
  • preferable to understand oil and gas equipment
  • Experience in Logistics, shipping line, freight forwarder would be advantage

Spesifikasi Pekerjaan :
  • Mengecek semua document import (tagihan, packing list, BL, invoices, packing list, BL, Manifests, COO, Masterlist, etc)
  • Melakukan pengecekan terhadap kode HS barang dan memastikan izin sudah dilakukan sebelum pengiriman akan dijadwalkan
  • Merancang PIB dan PEB dengan benar sesuai document yang telah diserahkan dan mengirimkan ke departement CS
  • Memastikan kebenaran nilai barang dengan mengoreksi di dalam pengiriman dan jasa asuransi di PIB
  • Memantau kedatangan kapal dalam system portal
  • Menyiapkan, mengecek, dan meberikan update BUP Document Export Import sebelum mengirimkan PDE
  • Membuat laporan mingguan dan bulanan  yang terkait dengan PIB apakah mendapatkan NPD dan respon Notul
  • Membantu setiap klien untuk mengbackup datanya
  • Melakukan laporan jika ada temuan atau informasi lain yang memberikan efek negative dari perusahaan
  • Mengoperasikan modul dan mencek secara periodic termasuk meningkatkan modul ke versi terbaru
  • Membantu Operasional team
  • Memberikan intruksi dan masukan untuk coordinator lapangan
  • Mencatat database HS Code dari tiap klien
  • Mencari dan menetapkan HS Code
PERSYARATAN:
  • Minal D3 dari Universitas Termuka
  • Bahasa Inggris Aktif
  • Minimal pengalaman 5 tahun
  • Mengerti Custom Clearance, PIB / PEB,
  • Lebih disukai yang mengerti mengenai peralatan minyak dan gas
  • Memiliki pengalaman di Perusahaan Logistics, Pelayaran, freight forwarding akan memiliki nilai lebih
