Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
 
  • Create PEB, PIB and COO
  • Communicate with customer to get final approval for PIB
  • Managing shipments, billing instruction and accounting for Ocean Freight
  • Knowing the import documents and regulations
  • Input data based on document to system
 
Requirements:
 
  • Max. 35 years old
  • Min. 2 years experience in Logistics or Forwarding company
  • Min. 2 years experience(s) as PIB Creator/PIB Administrator
  • Able to apply import permit i.e: plant and animal quarantine, BPOM, inatrade
  • Able to using EDI (electronic data interchange) as an PIB system
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Able to operate computer especially Ms Office
  • Placement: Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta
