Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Responsibilty :
  • Monitoring shipments that handle by operational team everyday ( Exp / Imp / PPJK ).
  • Read every emails and ensure all communications are correct to avoid any missunderstanding between team and vendors/agents/customers.
  • Be a good negotiator to shipping line / agent / vendor.
  • Must back up each other when team in overload situation.
  • Update information and regulation regarding customs and shipping documents then share it to operation team.
  • Build a good relationship with all agents and shipping lines’s operation team.
 
Job Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, PIB & PEB Module, Online Manifest Module, Accurate.
  • Having high motivation, effective communication skill.
  • Must have a good teamwork.
  • Age max 30 years old.
  • Working experience at the same field (Freight Forwarder) minimum 2 years.
  • Understand all about customs process.
  • Willing to be placed at Tj. Priok.
