To effectively manage assigned resources, departments and/or locations, ensuring that department or operational goals are achieved and processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently. Ensures that all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities may be within a country, across countries or regions.
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 7 - 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): communication, english, leadership, startegic thinking, customer focus, quality and result focus.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Customer Service or Call Center.
  • Preferably having experiences in logistic or freight forwarding company
