Deskripsi Pekerjaan

 Job Description:
  • Search for new vendors or suppliers.
  • Maintain good relationship with new and existing vendors or suppliers.
  • Maintain and update data base vendors or suppliers.
  • Review purchase request form from users.
  • Review and analyse quotations and bids from vendors or suppliers.
  • Negotiate and make deals with suppliers for price, term of payment, contracts, stock, availability, etc.
  • Analyse and resolve any variety of problems encountered through coordination with vendors or suppliers and users.
  • Supervise procurement staffs to ensure that all requests and deadlines are met.
  • Make professional decision in a fast-paced environment and handle complaints.
  • Proactively find ways to reduce procurement cost.
  • Liaise with internal and external parties regarding to procurement activities.
  • Develop and review SOP of the procurement division.
 
Job Qualifications:
  • Maximum age is 30 years old and must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Linguistics/Languages or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Mandarin (preferably).
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field as Procurement Supervisor.
  • Preferably has experience in warehouse management or express/logistic industry.
  • Strong self-driven/Interpersonal skills, confidence, good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willing to work with high pressure and comfortable with rapid changes.
  • Detail, strong mathematical, and analytical skills.
  • Honest, trustworthy, able to work in a team and have a good work commitment.
  • Passionate and agile with startup life.
  • Can join immediately, full time position(s) available.
  • Willing to be placed in PIK
