Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the direction and supervision of the entire of procurement operation utilizing staf of procurement/purchasing agents and one clerk.
  • Determines whether specific procurement procedure/action/document/ to be taken or prepared as approved or contracting officer
  • Reviews market/vendor database regularly and provides guidance to subordinates for maintaning or gathering various information from available resources
  • Carries on close continuing relationship with vendor, supliers and contractor to remain current and keep abreast of market condition, pricing and availability as well as resolving procurement problems
  • Review/revise and/or concurs with purchase order, bids, price quotation, and other procurement documents
  • Review funding documents and purchase order 
  • Evaluate performance of subordinate on  yearly basis and monitor the budget implementation
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field, with an experience as procurement
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in procurement
  • Fluent in english and computer literate is a must
  • Possess considerable knowledge of the local market practices and the capability/reliability of local supliers 
  • Able to obtain a detailed knowledge of procurements regulation, instruction, policies and procedure 
  • Mature, high motivated, having leadership skill, and pleasant personality

Based on the growth of Indonesian consumable market which could substitute for Russia in BRICs, we will focus more on our transportation business for rich resources and expand our business in living goods industry globally. This will move us toward the next stage of growth.
