Job Desc :
  • Lead vendor selection process, for all category (Genex, Operational, Marketing, IT, CREM)
  • Manage spend all category and doing tender (vendor bidding) align with Procurement Procedure
  • Create price catalog (contracted)
  • Achieved provided cost saving (both cost avoidance and cost reduction)
  • Preparing document documentation for all sourcing category (from bidding process to creating PO)
  • Maintain relationship with all vendor
  • Support Procurement Manager through projects.
 
Requirement :
  • At least 3 years procurement work experience
  • Have plenty relation and database of vendor
  • Basic knowledge of legal, accounting, and finance
  • Have strong analytical & communication skill
  • Proficient in Office (Powerpoint, Excell)
