Take ownership of certain product, create initial process flow, define operational and technical flow of the product, manage project timeline and ensure delivery is according to timeline
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Develop product pricing and positioning strategies
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Work closely with developer & engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
Research and share industry trends, competitors and comparable experience
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Informatics Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology;
Having 3 years working experience in product management in Express/ Logistic;
Having knowledge in presentation, strong leadership, analytical thinking, good communication, interpersonal skills, result-oriented attitude and willingness to learn;
Having knowledge to create solution and design what customer need and explain how it support their business;
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development;
Having ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management;
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
