Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Description :
  • Work closely with product manager to evaluate product failures, bugs, systemic problems, and hardware
  • and report on necessary steps to appropriately resolve problems.
  • Create & maintain product instruction manuals, knowledge bases, and FAQs for all product support activities.
  •  Develop training materials & provide product training to all of the product stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer suggestions and recommend product revisions.?
Requirement : 
  • Must possess major in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Having experience with Python, PHP, or other web technologies
  • Able to work and collaborate in a team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Relational and non-relational database (we use MySQL, Redis, Cassandra)
  • Proficiency in written English
  • Having basic web programming (PHP,HTML,CSS,JS) & Basic Database SQL
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to get along with other departments and supervise
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
  • Attention to detail
  • Writing proficiency (Proficient in Microsoft Office)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Basic proficiency in programming (optional)
