[Responsibilities]
  • Manage Shops (engine, welding, paint)
    • Set up initial logistics operation process of shops
    • Update current issues from customers, collect problem issues and Analysis them
    • Negotiate & Cooperate with Customer’s Production Control Team
    • Manage Work Process & Control material Flows from Warehouse to Each Shops
    • Solve abnormal situation related to each shop operations
    • Prepare Countermeasure when there is something happened in shops
    • Update daily reports related to Shop issues
    • Purchase material related to Shop office & Shop fields
  • Manage Equipment
    • Prepare purchase logistics equipment order & document job
    • Prepare the request approval for repairing Job
    • Update repairing cost & contents per a day on WMS System
    • Prepare purchase logistics equipment order & document job
    • Contact to service or rental partner when equipment damaged or need to repair
    • Design & produce logistics pallets & trolleys  
    • Control Repairing company for repairing logistics pallets & trolleys
[Basic qualifications]
  • Bachelor’s Degree or more
  • 3 years or above of logistics and purchasing work experience in automotive industries in Indonesia.
  • Advantages : Work careers of automotive company in Indonesia                                      Major in logistics and industrial engineering
[Abilities]
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to understand auto parts, production method and designing the logistic trolley & box
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
