- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
The primary function of the Geophysical COMPANY surveyor is to:
- Act as dayshift superintendet/supervisor field representative during the execution of the campaign.
- Bringing HSSE governance and QA/QC oversight during the campaign.
- In addition to representing the COMPANY's interest onboard the vessel during the campaign and coordinating/liasing with the COMPANY Lead Geophysical surveyor.
- Liaise and work with the CONTRACTORs HSSE Focal Point to bring about Goal Zero delivery.
- To drive behavioural based HSSE program with the CONTRACTOR.
- Input to JSA's and risk assessments, advise CONTRACTOR on improvements processes.
- Collate and deploy lessons learned.
- The position specifically provides both technical, operations and HSSE expertise/leadership to the campaign.
- Reporting to COMPANY Lead Geotechnical surveyor.
- Ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team.
- Excellent written and spoken skills in Bahasa Indonesian and fluent command of English language.
- Self starter and can work in anautonomous role with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multi - task.
- Demonstrated ability and track record with respect to training and development.
- Strong personal commitment to leadership in HSSE.
