Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Engineering - Oil/Gas or equivalent.
  • The  primary  function  of  the Geophysical COMPANY surveyor is to:                                                     
  • Act as dayshift superintendent/supervisor field representative during the execution of the campaign.
  • Bringing HSSE governance and QA/QC oversight during the campaign.                                                   
  • In addition to representing the COMPANY's interest onboard the vessel during the campaign. and coordinating/liasing with the COMPANY day shift Geophysical surveyor.                              
  • Liaise  and  work  with  the CONTRACTORs HSSE Focal Point to bring about Goal Zero delivery.    
  • To  drive behavioural based HSSE program with the CONTRACTOR.                                                         
  • Input  to  JSA's  and  risk assessments, advise CONTRACTOR on improvements processes.           
  • Collate  and deploy lessons learned.                                                                                      
  • The position specifically provides both technical, operations and HSSE expertise/leadership to the campaign.                                                                                    
  • Reporting to COMPANY Dayshift Geophysical surveyor.
  • Ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team.                       
  • Excellent written and spoken skills  in  Bahasa  Indonesian and fluent command of English language.
  • Self starter and can work in an autonomous role with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadline.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
  • Demonstrated ability and track record with respect to training and development.
  • Strong personal commitment to leadership in HSSE.
