PROJECT CARGO MANAGER
 
We are an International Freight Forwarding company that engage in air, sea, and land transport operations with worldwide networks looking for Project Cargo Manager with details as following:
 
Job Description:
  • Seek and approach Project Cargo & Domestics Transport  job opportunities
  • Negotiate with, seek for, and manage suitable vendors
  • Maintain and expand business for existing customers and find new accounts
  • Visit customers to make a good relationship with them
  • Monitor invoice submission and ensure payment settlement by customers
  • Seek and manage suitable business partners
  • Managing a team consist of sales, operation, procurement, and billing
  • Managing Project Cargo & Domestic Transportation operation
 
Requirements:
  • Above 35 years old
  • Min. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering
  • Good manner and character
  • Having 4-years work experience in the relevant field
  • Energetic, and love challenges
  • Able to work independently and also with team
  • Having analytical, decision making, and interpersonal skills, having forwarding and transportation skills will be advantage
  • Having experience in customer approach and domestic transportation operation
  • Having experience in team management
  • Having knowledge of export-import procedures and arrangements
  • Having knowledge of  export-import  machinery and heavy duty cargo will be an advantage
  • Willing to do outdoor  activities such as project cargo survey, project arrangement supervision
  • Having experience in handling project execution, starting from the kick-off meeting to commissioning stage (prepare Exim document, delivery on site, dismantle, installation on site and solving problem if any)
  • Able to communicate in English and operate Microsoft Office
  • Main work location: Jakarta Office (Sunter, North Jakarta)
