Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities:
  • Modelling business metrics hubs, warehouse & transport solutions, including network design, channel selection, routing & scheduling, warehouse layout, productivity/labor planning
  • Develop an engagement strategy with operations team to target the key stakeholders in customer's organization
  • Providing the business solution strategies in developing commercially & operationally
  • Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
  • Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
  • Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price
  • Remain acutely aware of market trends that could impact resource costs
  • Keep up to date on new vendors and possible cost-cutting partnerships
  • Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of interdependency of cost drivers
  • Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability
  • Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality
  • Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
  • Present new strategies and assessments to stakeholders in a compelling fashion
  • Educate and persuade stakeholders to procure buy in and cooperation
  • Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals
 
Requirement: 
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Industrial Engineering / Logistic/Tranportation
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 7 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Project Design & Solution in Logistic / 3PL industry
  • 4 years + in managerial position
  • Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately 
  • Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads 
  • Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems

  • Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
  • Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
  • Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
  • Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
