Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Role and Responsibility 
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining Engineering, Maintenance and Technical Security process and principles for new facilities in line with business and logistical development.
  • Responsible for developing new warehouse design for normal ambient and temperature monitor includes cold storage facilities                                                                     
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving, best working practices and industry standards in Facilities & Maintenance area.                                                                         
  • Responsible for recording and monitoring performance standards within the operation and ensuring this is briefed out to related function.                                                                 
  • Responsible for reviewing variable costs & cost elements within facilities, maintenance and security area
  • Responsible for yearly budgeting for all facilities, maintenance and security area
  • Ensure maintaining all company facilities (Building and Equipment) are in proper and good condition to support daily operational activities.     
Qualification
  • Maximum 2 years of Retirement Project Manager, Factory Manager or Engineering Manager that have strong exposure in developing warehouse including cold storage facility
  • Minimum S1 from Civil Engineering background 
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experiences as senior manager from FMCG will be more considered
  • Good in English (active)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Excellent Understanding of maintenance and engineering processes for MHE (forklift), MEP and Building (Including warehouse ambient and cold storage)
  • Excellent understanding of business process design
  • Excellent understanding of building design (general bulding, warehouse, cold storage)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork
  • Able to create & develop new technical procedures related to warehouse operations and maintenance
  • Willing to be placed at Cikarang main Office
  • Contract position with 6-12 months period
