Job Description :

Develop and track KPIs and communicate daily/weekly/monthly progress.
Ensuring project completion within budget, on schedule and in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Establishing the appropriate procedures to uphold all company standards and specifications, as well as requirements for governmental and legislated authorities.
Monitoring and promote environmental and health & safety compliance throghout the project to ensure a safe working environment.
Managing relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring and monitoring CSR program could be implemented well.

Job Requirement :

Maximum 45 years old.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any major.
Required language : Indonesia and English.
Al least 5 years of working experience in Coal Minning and Transportation Industry is required for this position.
Preferably having POP and K3 certificate
Required skills : good report writing skill, good analytical, negotiation skill, communication and interpersonal skill, hard working.
Preferably Manager/ Assistant Manager specialized in Marketing/ Business Development or equivalent.
Job Location : Sorowako - Sulawesi Selatan.
