Responsibilities :
Planning is one of the most important parts of construction management. It involves making careful choices on ways to complete tasks so that projects can be finished on time and within budget. The role of a construction planner is to develop a plan to complete a construction project based on budget, work schedule, and available resources. Construction planners also make organizational decisions such as which subcontractors to use for the given project.
 
Requirements : 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • 1+ year relevant work experience
  • Required skill(s): Auto cad 2D, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of building surveying and project management
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
