What You Will Do :
 
  • Managing calendar for sales management
  • Managing communication on behalf of sales management: LinkedIn, Slack, emails.
  • Preparing points of discussion, minutes meeting, and follow up as per agreed action poits.
 
What Are The Requirements :
 
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft excel.
  • Educational background from communication and secretarial studies.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the field of sales operations, reporting, and analysis.
  • Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience with reporting and analysis.
  • Fluent English, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
