Jobdescription:

  • Driver management is responsible to arrange and manage drivers activities, include avaibility according to company SOP and Policies in ensuring effective operation, and well performed driver management activities
  • Planning of work assignments and vehicle allocations to meet transportation/operations targets
  • Experience as Head of Pool
  • Direct & Supervise staffs in transportation or related services, such as Drivers, Mechanics, Warehouse of materials or people
  • Recruitment,Coach, HR Driver

Persyaratan

Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Transportation / Logistic / Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with good records
  • Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Transportation, Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Experience as Head of Pool 
  • Have good relations with the Police and Transportation Agency. 
  • Strong knowledge in Distribution Center delivery , Retail Distribution, Just In Time Transportation , Kanban or others
  • Strong knowledge  in financial report in the operation system of transportation, Logistics management, Supply chain and Warehouse
  • Applicant must be willing to work in Marunda, Bekasi
