Job Description :
  • Responsible to manage stock and inventory 
  • Work closely with subordinates and vendors to discuss defective or unacceptable goods or services and determine corrective action
  • Handle end to end process of vendor management including evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, review product quality
  • Responsible to analyze price proposals, financial reports, and other information to determine reasonable prices for company's purchasing perusal
  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
  • Responsible to evaluate and monitor agreement or proposal to ensure that vendors and supplies comply with the terms and conditions and to determine need for changes
  • Responsible to supervise purchasing staff
Job Requirement :
  • At least Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00, preferable from supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in related function
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques both for local and overseas
  • Ability to do negotiations and networking
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
