Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Responsibilities :
  • Verifies that the required order is within the agreed budget
  • Conversion of purchase requisition into purchase order
  • Issues Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Compare offers from suppliers and evaluate the Suppliers
  • Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery at the lowest possible cost
  • Participating in the selection of supplier based on criteria
  • Process the necessary clearance documents
  • Sourcing / Looking for suppliers and give recommendation about its price and quality
  • Reporting daily activities
 
Requirements :
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • Work well in team and also autonomously
  • Have a good skill in communication and maintain good relationship with vendor
  • Have a posiitive, Can-do attitude
  • Has analutical and strategis mindset
  • Creative person, Initiative,Honest, Proactive, Innovative, eager to learn
  • Accurate and precise attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Good Communication in English both oral and written
