What will you do:
  • Supervise and guide the QA QC team
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to review and establish (if needed) procedures, standard, system, and procedures
  • Assure the reliability and consistency of operations by process checking
  • Keep records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation
  • Working with relevant stakeholders to provide recommendations for operations quality standard
  • Determining training needs based on reports and evidence
  • Mentoring team performance
?What are the qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or  Master's degree in a related discipline (Logistics, Business and/or engineering is preferable)
  • 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance
  • Exposed with SOP, BPMN, and process improvement
  • Knowledge of quality assurance terminology and methodology
  • Analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
