Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Qualification:
  • Maximum 35 years old
  • S1/S2 graduates from Quality/Health/Naval Arsitek or ANT I are preferred
  • Have Experience as QHSE Manager minimum 5 years in Shipping Company/Shipping Industry
  • Able to handle Audit/ISO/OHSAS/OVMSA/IMS/Survey/IQSM/CSMS Manual Procedure
  • Ability to perfrom Class and Flag state inspections, ISM (International asa well as ISPS audits and Sire Inspection.
  • Have any HSE Certificates (ISO/K3S dll)
  • Ready to do business trip 
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to operate computer
  • Ready to join immediately
  • Living in Jakarta area 
 
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
  • Implement and maintain programs,policies and procedures to ensure full compliance with company, client and governmental QHSE requirements, flagstate and Class Statutory and Regulatory.
  • Prepare and maintain required HSE records and reports.
  • Develop and facilitate project HSE risk assessments (e.g. HAZID, safety cases).
  • Coordinate and execute internal and third party QHSE audits.
  • Conduct investigations and analysis and reports finding to management on :
    • Non-conformity reports and root cause analysis
    • Incidents, near misses and damages
    • Costumer complaints
    • Key Performance Indicators.
  • Develop and monitor QHSE performance and progress.
  • Take preventive and corrective actions.
