Job Description:
  • Monitoring Agent Customer Support use assessment QA template
  • Analyze customer satisfaction
  • Analyze complain from customer
  • Giving feedback for development customer support team
  • Refreshment training
Requirement:
  • Experience as Quality Assurance min 1 year
  • Prefer experience work in startup company environment or BPO call centre
