Job Description :
  • Find the root cause of problems according to operational quality (through abnormal data analysis, etc)
  • Analyze the in completed order and ask related department for improvement plan
  • Control and created monitoring report to ensure all od the package can be monitor from end to end process
  • Checking and monitoring all of the order from client to ensure cover by insurance
  • Breakdown all of the order that potentially Lost/Damage and ask related department for responsible
  • Analyze over SLA order to improve operational quality
  • Analyze quality performance daily, weekly and monthly
Requirements :
  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Working experience as Quality Improvement, System Improvement, Flow Quality Improvement, Quality Controller
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operation management
  • Excellent in Gsuite Monitoring and Dashboard
  • Proven ability to implement process and logical thinking
  • Excellent on data analyst
