Job Description:
  • Greeting visitors and directing them to specific person or departement
  • Responsible to operate telephone switch  board to answer incoming calls, screen, or forward calls, providing  information, and taking messages
  • Managing the visitors book and handle the distribution of letters/ documents received
  • Answering enquiries in person, by phone and email
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum Education D3 All Major
  • At least 1 year working of experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong in details, multitasking, and administration skills
  • Have good command in english
  • Good looking/ well groomed
