Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
  • To answer incoming telephone calls, responding to requests for information
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Managing the visitors book and giving out security passes
  • Maintain a current and accurate filing system
  • Managing a room booking system and keeping rooms tidy
  • Monitor employee absences and maintain absence records on a daily basis for all branches
 
Requirements :
 
  • Maximum 25 years old
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management will be advantage
  • Have experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Customer satisfaction oriented
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Good interpersonal skill and honest
  • Excellent spoken and written communication in English
  • Preferably domiciled in Pancoran (South Jakarta) Area
