Job Description(s) :
  • Conduct end to end recruitment process.
  • Conduct psychological test and create report.
  • Maintain man power planning and creating report for manpower plan fulfillment periodcally.
  • Review and renewal job description and organization structure.
  • Able to create and manage KPI Department, job description, and performance evaluation.
  • Review employee performance for renewal employment relationship.
  • Create and identification Career path all employee, include setup IDP (Individual Development Plan)
  • Conducts needs assessments to determine measures required to enhance employee job performance and overall company performance.
Requirement(s) :
  • Candidates must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field required.
  • Preferably Supervisor / Coordinator specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Energetic and good communication skill.
  • Good analytical thinking.
