  • Design the overall recruitment strategy and process.
  • Manage talent pool anda selection strategy management to drive optimum utilization of resource
  • Establish and maintain quality relation with internal users and external parties.
  • Understand psychological test
  • Ensure quality of workforce by monitoring the overall recruitment process
  • Optimize service delivery for all processes in recruitment department
 
 
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Placement in Jakarta Utara
