Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Design the overall recruitment strategy and process.
Manage talent pool anda selection strategy management to drive optimum utilization of resource
Establish and maintain quality relation with internal users and external parties.
Understand psychological test
Ensure quality of workforce by monitoring the overall recruitment process
Optimize service delivery for all processes in recruitment department

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.
Placement in Jakarta Utara
