  • Review company manpower planning needs and coordinate with department heads to fulfill needs
  • Supervise the recruitment team and report on its performance
  • Ensure improvements in sourcing activities, interviewing, hiring, data management, and reporting processes
  • Research and choose best job advertising options
  • Improve employer brand
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (time to hire and cost per hire)
  • Build a company’s professional network through a relationship with HR professional, colleges, partners
 
Requirements :
 
  1. Bachelor degree or master degree in Human Resource Management or Organizational Psychology
  2. Have experience as Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant min 5 years
  3. Proven capability in handling problem solving, able to handle user and also become a business partner
  4. Have experience in various recruitment method, familiar with professional networks, able to work independently
  5. Have a strong decision making skills, good team management skills
  6. Eager, tenacious, have good communication, high energy
  7. Good in Ms. Office, understand of various social media platform
  8. Good in written and verbal English
  9. Good in verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and external.
