Have experience in Land Transport or Logistic company
Understand for Indonesia employeer’s law and regulation

Job Description:

Managing end to end Independen Contractor (IC) recruitment process, starting from sourcing, processing, deployment and reduce high turn over
To ensure all recruitment process follow company policy
Find alternative solution to build Independen Contractor (IC) leads including effective and efficient recruitment process scheme
Maintain leads data base on Fleet Capacity
To ensure all Independen Contractor is registered at LMS system
Coordination with Hubs for Independen Contractor (IC) Fulfillment program at respective Hubs
Coordination with Training and Contract Department for Independen Contractor (IC) fulfillment program
Identify and approach target markets for Fleet’s Independen Contractor (IC)
Conduct Independen Contractor (IC) engagement programs with internal and external community

Lazada eLogistics (LeL) is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured around four operating Business Units

Express: own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery
Transport: Management of our ecosystem of partners (3PLs) along all the transportation components
Fulfilment: Operation of a network of warehouses that can fill retail orders on our own behalf, as well as providing fulfilment services to merchants and international brands
Crossborder: Build-up & management of international logistics network giving seamlessly access to ASEAN
