Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to handling recruitment process end to end (job posting, sourcing, interview & psychotest, background checking, arrange MCU and employee on boarding)
Manage talent pool database
Create weekly and monthly recruitment report

Requirement(s):

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as recruiter.
Required Skill(s): recruiting, interview, psychotest, strategic sourcing
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
Familiar with psychological tools
Good understanding about interview technique
Communicative, detail oriented and good analytical thinking
