  • Job posting based on required position, sortlising the suitable candidates, administering the psychological testing and interviewing
  • Arranging the user interview and discussing with user regarding candidates to be placed in certain position with consideration to the potential ability, competencies and suitability with the culture, environment and group dynamics
  • Recruitment reporting system in daily basis
 
Requirements:
  • Min. S1 majoring Psychology with gpa min 3.00
  • Experience as recruiter at least 4 years.
  • Have experience as headhunter or in shipping company will be advantage.
  • Good understanding about BEI dan Psychological testing (DISC, Papi Kostick, etc).
  • Proactive, good communication, detail oriented, good analytical thinking.
  • Placement : Kelapa Gading
