Handling whole Assessment process to produce qualified human resources.
Being able to work as an individual or a team, work under pressure, and work with close deadline.
Being highly responsible for Recruitment & Assessment process while upholding Assessment ethic.
Having good relations with various third parties, in particular Ministry of Manpower.

Qualification:

Aged 28 years maximal
Holder or minimal a Bachelor/Master's Degree, majoring in Psychology (preferably with working experience in Psychology Consultant)
Experienced in the same field of work for minimal 2 years
Able to use various interview techniques, psychological tools, and deliver thorough psychological analyses.
Independent with good communication skill.
preferebly candidate having sales talent pool
