Our Recruitment Specialist must:
  • Love recruitment, great communication skills.
  • No more than 30 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as recruiter in-house or agency.
  • Required Skill(s): BEI, Talent Sourcing, Phone Interview
  • Extensive network (Linkedin or other platform or groups)
  • Has ability to change task priority, high achiver.
Our Recruitment Specialist will doing:
  • Full cycle of recruitment, from administration, sourcing, screening, interview, scheduling, until hiring.
  • Involved in Employer Branding campains
  • Negotiate and calculate salary of candidates
  • Be a part of team member, cover each other and help each other
