Job Description :
  • Source and recruit candidates by using job portal, databases, social media, and etc.
  • Responsible for end to end  recruitment.
  • Responsible conduct administration psychological test process (instruction, scoring).
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
  • Responsible recruitment campus hiring
  • Doing Assessment process and interpretation
Job Requirement :
  • Minimum bachelor degree / master degree in Psychology (Preferrable from Psychological Profession Program)
  • At least 1-3 years working experience asTalent Acquisition, Recruitment, Assessment
  • Good analytical and reporting skill
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Willing to go on bussiness trip.
  • Willing to be placed at Kedoya
