Job Description :
  • To manage, plan, and coordinate the process of recruitment and selection within the organization.
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates through the full recruitment process.
  • Responsible in recruitment report and update.
  • Responsible for monitoring performance of the recruitment agent or consultant.
  • To develop and implement the cost-effective sourcing strategies, monitor recruitment spending and budget.
 
Job Requirement :
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
