Job Desc :

Responsible to hire candidate based on request from divisions

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree of Psychology
Deep knowledge about recruitment process (Interview, Psychological Test, Offering Salary, etc)
Familiar with psychological test tools
Min. 2 years of working experience as HRD, especially Recruitment
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Well-organized, detail oriented
Adaptable, team work, discipline, able to work independent or in a team
Able to join as soon as possible
Placement in Juanda, Jakarta Pusat
