  • Strategic planning and development of recruitment and selection that is right on target, effective, and efficient. In accordance with the needs and needs of all business units
  • Strategic planning and improvement and development programs. In accordance with the needs and development of the company.
  • Strategic planning and development and development of management, talent, and performance according to the needs and development of the company
  • Monitoring A-Z recruitment process at Head Office, Branch, and Projects
  • Lead team recruitment and monitoring performance
  • Make design recruitment branding
 
REQUIREMENT : 
  • S2 / S1 graduates (Psychology).
  • Experience in the field of Recruitment at the Supervisor/ Assistant Manager level for 3 years.
  • Good in English and Computer Literature.
  • Have good data analysis capability and data processing
  • Have good communication & presentation skills
  • Have network in warehouse and transport provider
  • Agile, adaptive, and responsive to ever changing condition in logistics business
  • Willing to be placed at Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta
