Job Responsibility : Support Regional Manager on day to day operational process at our DC in East Java area

Requirements:

Have working experience in transportation company will be an advantage
Have 4-5 years’ experience in same/ similar position
Have experience to manage many cities with at least 100 people's
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Fluent in English
Able to bridge, connect and maintain relationship with local partners and regulators
Good decision maker based on data analytical
Good knowledge of the local culture will advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Good communication skills
Can Do Attitude, Discipline and have sense of Entrepreneurship
Willing to travel and be placed in East Java
