Responsibilities :
  • Report to Head of Commercial Head Office
  • Responsible for sales and operational of brances under his / her area
  • Acting as the main point of contac with branches, agents, suppliers, and distibutors in the region
  • Responsible for Debt Collection
  • Implementing sales goals and communicating them to key individuals
  • Preparing sales reports and submitting them to senior management
  • Communicating with branch managers to determine their needs
  • Promptly responding to customer request
  • Maximising growth potential of branches and agents within the region
  • Ensuring that branches comply with industry regulations
  • Preparing budgets and analysing the market
  • Collecting customer feedback as well as market research
  • Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
Requirements :
  • Kandidat harus memiliki setidaknya Gelar Sarjana di bidang apapun.
  • Bahasa yang harus dimiliki: Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Setidaknya memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman dalam bidang yang sesuai untuk posisi ini.
  • Kemampuan yang harus dimiliki: Detail Oriented, Excelent Communication Skills, The Ability to Work Under Strees and Resolve Conflict, Sound Organizational Skills, The Ability to Motivate Staff and Lead a Team
  • Lebih disukai Manajer/Asisten Manajer khusus dalam Logistik/Supply Chain atau setara.
