Job Description :

Control and monitoring our day to day operation related Reservation and Tracing Function, monitoring report and data related reservation and tracing from all Ninja station, monitoring and ensure package delivered on time based on Airfreight SLA to achieve Airfreight KPI such as :

Monitor the package have load booking for AWB then delivered to Airport Departure on time
Control n Monitoring booking to avoid No Show Booking AWB
Communicate with departed and destination station and also with the cargo agent related information package delivered
Ensure reporting have done related reservation activity
Lead day to day operational

Requirements :

Education minimal Diploma 3 from any major
Have working experience in any operation related supervision function
Have knowledge about Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Have good leadership and communication skill
